Property Manager
Job Description:
The team seeks an experienced Property Manager to ensure efficient daily operations and to manage financial objectives of a growing international real estate development corporation's residential and mixed-use properties. The right candidate will have a history of successful experience in all aspects of property management, including budget preparation and management, lease negotiations, financial performance reporting, and oversight of maintenance and improvements. The ideal candidate will be a proven leader and strong communicator with a minimum ten years of property management experience. He should understand the focus on tenant interaction is key and have the ability to adeptly manage the balance between tenant happiness and good profit margins.
The Property Manager will manage daily property requirements and maintain long-range capital improvements planning. He will coordinate with vendors, contractors, and tenant relations personnel to ensure completion and quality of work, as well as to prepare the property maintenance team to respond to emergency situations. The property manager will be responsible for managing and planning property operating budgets, controlling and improving property income and expenses, and providing regular financial reports to corporate management.
We seek a self-starter who has demonstrated discretion and sound decision making without direct oversight. Top Property Manager Candidates will possess the ability to develop and maintain positive working relationships with customers, employees, colleagues, and associates. We desire an experienced international traveler, including work/travel history in more austere/restricted environments; Arabic language fluency is highly desired but not required.

Experience and Education
- Minimum ten years of experience in the property management field.
- College degree required (preferably in business administration, real estate, property management, or a related field);
- International business experience preferred.
